Dear Patients and Friends,
I am writing this letter to tell you of changes that will take place shortly in our practice. First, although I am reducing my work schedule to three days per week, I am not retiring and plan to be here for the foreseeable future. As Dr. Phillip Struzziero is here only Wednesday mornings, I have asked Dr. Parker Hodges to treat his patients and serve as their primary dentist. For the next year or so, Phillip will still be available for supervision and consultations, and will see patients for cleanings and smaller procedures.
I am very pleased to share that the practice will continue to serve your needs for many years to come. We have chosen a most capable team and an exceptional dentist, Dr. Hodges, to meet all of your future needs. Dr. Hodges has purchased both practices and will serve as the primary dentist. Phillip and I will now work as his associates. As many of you have come to know Dr. Hodges, you will appreciate how proud and excited we are that he will continue the practice’s long tradition of excellent service.
In many ways, the fundamental change is in accounting. The practice will now be known as Hodges Family Dentistry of Braintree, PLLC. That new name will appear on bill heads and insurance forms, and, while all accounts and records remain the same, your payments will be made to Hodges Family Dentistry. Danielle is on top of all of this and will assign payments to the proper accounts in our computer system.
While our practice has enjoyed many bright days because of your loyalty and friendship, this is one of the brightest. Phillip, Parker, our staff, and I look forward to serving you for many years.
